Job Description
Overview

The Maintenance Manager - Operations will be responsible for delivering technical excellence and outstanding customer service in a team environment.  This position will manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure tolling equipment performs optimally while also being the point of contact for the client.


Responsibilities

People Leadership

  • Lead project team to provide 24x7 system uptime for all aspects of the operational tolling system.
  • Work with multiple functional groups to define scope, budgeting, forecasting, for continuous operational delivery for project.

  • Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the teams.

  • Drive cross functional team implementation and communication for best known practices across all operational aspects of project.

Systems Management

  • Matrix operational management oversight over software operation, technical operations, network/sysadmin operations, and direct operational management over local hardware maintenance operations per contract requirements.

  • Drive system performance ensuring all contract required metrics are maintained and all performance audits are completed and passed for each project performance requirement.

  • Translate customer requests and requirements into functional specs for all maintenance activities.

Pay Range: $100K - $120K 

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) from an accredited four-year college or university

  • 5 Years tolling experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ supervisory/management experience, preferably in the field of system integration or enterprise solution implementation

  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • PMP Certification desired but not required

 

Preferred Knowledge & Expertise 

  • Ability to understand detailed system workflows

  • Understanding business rules per RFP requirements for contract

  • Understanding all contract KPI requirements for correct staffing levels to maintain hardware and software operations

  • Maintaining large-scale 24x7 revenue collection systems
