SUMMARY

The Evaluator assesses the condition of incoming watches and prepares repair estimates.

• Reads and interprets customer correspondence and enters appropriate symptom codes and comments regarding issue into the system.
• Determines parts and labor requirements for individual repairs and inputs information into repair system.
• Assesses cost of repair based on symptom code and pricing table.
• Determines if watch repair is under warranty.
• Opens case back to check energy cell or battery, movement functions and overall condition of watch.
• Examines watch for damage and other abnormalities.
• Charges Eco Drive models and sets watches and monitors basic functions to determine repairs necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of watches a plus.
• Willingness to learn
