GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain customer and potential customer relationships.
• Develop and maintain business to achieve assigned sales goals. 
• Develop and implement sales strategies to reach customers.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through in person visits and means of 
contact. 
• Performs other duties as assigned by management. 

Requirements

EDUCATION/ OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years’ experience in sales and or marketing in the flooring industry required.
• Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills and listening skills.
• Analytical skills with ability to process data.
• Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This job requires up to 8 hours per day sitting and using office equipment and computers.

Summary

The Territory Manager is responsible for finding and maintaining business and building 
relationships with flooring retailers in compliance with established Company standards and 
procedures. This position is for New York and Vermont area.
