Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Patient Advocate who enjoys supporting patients, assisting with education, and managing long-term follow-up. This role is primarily administrative and does not involve direct patient care, but prior clinical experience is required to support onboarding and patient communication.

This is a hybrid role with work performed primarily at our office location in Rogers, AR.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with patients via phone and digital platforms
  • Assist with patient education and ongoing follow-up
  • Download, organize, and compile patient lab results for provider review
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient charting
  • Coordinate provider updates and assist with scheduling follow-up appointments
  • Work within multiple medical software systems efficiently

 

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in a medical office or hospital setting
  • CNA or MA certification
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with technology and electronic medical records

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of phlebotomy experience
  • Phlebotomy certification
  • BLS certification

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • No weekends
  • Administrative office setting

 

Location Requirement

  • Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Rogers, AR 72758 prior to starting
