What You'll Do

As a Dishwasher/Steward, you will:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dish area
  • Support the culinary team with cleaning and stocking needs
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Help ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation
  • No prior experience? No problem. We provide training to help you succeed.

Physical Requirements (Essential Job Functions)

This role is physically demanding. To be successful, you must be able to:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Perform repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Work in a hot, wet, and fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Handle exposure to cleaning chemicals and commercial kitchen equipment safely
