As a Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of digital commerce solutions across multiple client engagements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear requirements, support ongoing delivery, and help ensure high-quality outcomes across projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, working across multiple initiatives, and collaborating with distributed teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Support multiple client engagements by gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to ensure smooth and accurate delivery
- Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and day-to-day Agile execution
- Document current and future state processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support UAT planning, testing, and validation to ensure quality of delivered solutions
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Contribute to client discussions and internal reviews to support successful delivery outcomes
- Work with commerce platforms such as Shopify (Plus, B2B) or BigCommerce, including exposure to app integrations and platform capabilities
- Leverage data (Shopify Analytics, GA4, or similar tools) to support insights and optimization initiatives
