What Your Days Might Look Like

You might start the morning knocking out a few service requests, jump into an apartment punch, then head outside to check curb appeal or remove debris. Throughout the week you’ll take on tasks like:

• Light plumbing
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Pool upkeep
• Drywall and appliance repairs
• Painting and general maintenance
• Keeping the maintenance shop safe, organized, and stocked

This job is primarily Monday–Friday, with on‑call rotation, occasional weekends, and some holidays.

Who Thrives in This Role

We’d love to meet candidates who bring:

• At least 3 years in the apartment industry
• At least 3 years in a maintenance leadership or supervisor role
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• HVAC certification and CPO (preferred, not required)
• A solid understanding of Fair Housing requirements
• The ability to train, guide, and encourage a maintenance team
• Pride in providing safe, well-maintained homes for residents
