We are currently searching for a Temporary Part-Time Pool Attendant to work at the Richardson Place apartments located in Arnold, MO.     

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain Daily Pool Logs.
• Enforce the rules and regulations of the pool area.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pool area.
• Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Responsible for maintaining the required property uniform and ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Responsible for courteous and efficient response at all times
• Responsible for operating within OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards at all times.
• Responsible for thorough knowledge of and adherence to Envolve Client Services Group, policies and property Community Policies.
• Various other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Any pool attendant experience is a plus.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:

• Ability to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Ability to enforce rules in a clean and constructive manner.
• Strong organization skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Pay Rate: $15.00
