Job Description

Pay: $19/hr 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with rotating shifts of 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. 

Location: Lancaster, PA

 

Children’s Dental Surgery is looking for a Patient Care Assistant to join our team and support exceptional surgical care in a friendly, fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in teamwork, attention to detail, and creating a safe, comfortable experience for every patient.

  • Provide high-quality patient care that meets state and Surgery Center standards

  • Prepare and maintain surgical rooms, equipment, and instruments for each case

  • Assist with room turnovers, sterilization, and infection control procedures

  • Support surgical teams with pre-op and post-op processes

  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest safety and compliance standards

  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure outstanding experiences for patients and providers

  • Participate in ongoing education and professional growth opportunities

  • Certified Medical Assistant certificate preferred
  • 1+years of patient care experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support required upon hire
