Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time Hotel Program Manager for the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center in Yorktown, VA.

*This position is contingent on the award of a federal contract.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Hotel Program Manager to oversee the operations and management of a military berthing facility at the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center in Yorktown, VA. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise managing hotel, barracks, or similar lodging facilities and will ensure the delivery of high-quality services, including custodial and janitorial operations, to meet all client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of a lodging facility equivalent in size and complexity to a hotel, barracks, or military berthing environment.
  • Supervise, lead, and coordinate the activities of personnel and staff to ensure efficient facility management.
  • Oversee custodial and janitorial services in accordance with established performance standards.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry best practices.
  • Generate, maintain, and submit accurate and timely operational, staffing, and performance reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives and ensure responsive and professional communication.
  • Implement quality control programs and conduct regular inspections to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service.
  • Ensure staff compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience managing a hotel, barracks, or military berthing facility of comparable size and complexity.
  • Strong knowledge of custodial and janitorial operations, particularly within barracks or hospitality environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and submitting operational reports and documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with U.S. military or government clients.
  • Familiarity with federal contracts and performance-based service requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Work Environment:

This position is based on-site at the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center in Yorktown, VA. Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required depending on operational needs.

Compensation: $36-41/ Hour
