As a PCA, you’ll play an essential role in supporting both our patients and clinical staff, ensuring every visit runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms and ensure they're fully stocked
     
  • Record vital signs, perform EKGs and venipuncture, and assist with exams
     
  • Help manage patient flow and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations
     
  • Support pre-visit planning, lab follow-ups, and referrals
     
  • Register patients and schedule appointments using Athena software
     
  • Maintain and log required inventory, specimens, and equipment readings
     
  • Collaborate with providers to ensure all EMR data and documentation is accurate and timely
     

? What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED
     
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) from an approved program
     
  • Phlebotomy and EKG training and certification
     
  • BCLS Certification and NYS Infection Control Certification
     
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
     
  • Experience working with pediatric, adult, and women’s health populations
