Job Description

Maintenance Technician – $1,500.00 Sign on Bonus

(Payable after 3 months, 6 months, and one year in $500 increments)

Full-Time

Day and Night Shifts available – 12 hour shifts – 3 days one week – 4 days the next week

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Assist with general building maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE

What You Need:
• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, repair, or mechanical systems
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) and occasional overtime
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude
