We’re looking for  skilled, self-motivated, and quality-driven Welders to join our growing production team at our brand-new Manhattan, KS facility! As a PTMW Welder, you’ll bring designs to life — fabricating parts and assemblies for custom OEM projects built to meet exact customer specifications. You’ll work in a clean, well-equipped environment alongside talented teammates who share your commitment to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.



This first shift position runs Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm-1:00am, with opportunities for overtime on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities for our Welders include:




  • Interpreting and following proper welding procedures and welding symbols on drawings.

  • Using calibrated measuring tools (measuring tapes, squares, etc.) to properly fit up assemblies.

  • Utilizing industry tools and equipment. Hand, pneumatic, electric, and battery powered tools. Plasma cutters, oxyacetylene torches, and carbon air arc.

  • Welding parts in various positions, processes (GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW), and materials (Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel).

  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work area.

  • Following all safety guidelines and procedures.

  • Assisting in other areas of production as needed or as assigned.
