Position Overview: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for aiding and executing marketing initiatives across four distinct companies within NMG’s portfolio, while reporting directly to the holding company. This role ensures brand consistency, manages storytelling and messaging, supports growth through research and campaigns, and strengthens internal engagement with employees. The ideal candidate hands-on, capable of balancing multiple brands, priorities, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Story Management
- Ensure consistent branding, voice, and visual identity across all four companies while respecting each brand’s unique positioning.
- Own and manage brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and tone-of-voice standards.
- Maintain cohesive brand stories that align with company values, goals, and audiences.
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Create, edit, and oversee marketing content including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and other collateral.
- Provide copywriting and content support for campaigns, announcements, and sales enablement materials.
- Ensure all content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand standards.
Marketing Collateral & Campaign Execution
- Develop marketing collateral to support sales, recruiting, and brand awareness efforts.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Support company-level initiatives, product launches, promotions, and events.
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy and positioning.
- Analyze trends, performance metrics, and campaign results to optimize future efforts.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and operating teams.
Internal Communications & Employee Marketing
- Lead internal marketing efforts to engage employees across all companies.
- Create and manage internal communications such as newsletters, announcements, and updates.
- Promote company culture, milestones, and achievements through internal channels and employee-focused social media initiatives.
- Support employer branding and internal advocacy by encouraging employee engagement with brand content.
Cross-Company Support & Collaboration
- Serve as a central marketing resource for leadership and teams across all four companies.
- Coordinate priorities and timelines across multiple stakeholders and business units.
