Position Overview:
The Event Assistant is responsible for providing a positive first impression with Guests who are inquiring about having a birthday party or event at NRG Adventure Park. They work closely with the Events Manager to ensure all expectations of each individual party and group event are met and accommodated. The Event Assistant has expert knowledge of the NRG POS and Groups systems and is responsible for booking events and upselling add-on items to generate additional event revenue. The Event Assistant is also responsible for running smooth events on the date of the event.

Requirements:
- Respond to phone, email, text and other digital inquiries about birthday parties and events
- Book NRG events (birthday parties, school or church groups, team building events, etc.)
- Meet weekly/monthly/annual sales goals for party packages and add-on items.
- Complete confirmation calls to Party Parents/Event Guests prior to their event date
- Ensure that complete and accurate information is provided to Guests
- Ensure that Party Hosts have the necessary details for each party
- Greet and check-in party and event participants
- Always present a professional appearance
- Assist with management of inventory of event supplies
- Filing duties, paperwork and reporting
- Set up and clean up party rooms when needed Assist Party Hosts when needed
