What You Can Expect
Leads enterprise-wide IT portfolio execution, governance, and delivery excellence across global regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC). Translates business and IT strategy into structured, governed programs that deliver measurable outcomes. Ensures disciplined execution, transparency, and alignment across investments, architecture, and M&A initiatives.
How You'll Create Impact
- Leads the enterprise IT portfolio, ensuring alignment to business priorities, funding plans, and strategic roadmaps
- Translates enterprise and IT strategy into executable, prioritized programs with clear governance and accountability
- Owns and evolves the enterprise PMO framework, including methodologies, stage gates, tools, and reporting standards
- Establishes and manages governance forums, ensuring effective decision-making, risk management, and escalation processes
- Partners with IT and business leaders to align priorities, resource allocation, and delivery expectations
- Oversees financial governance of IT investments, including budgeting alignment, tracking, and benefits realization
- Leads M&A IT integration execution, including due diligence, Day 1 readiness, and post-merger integration planning
- Ensures alignment of programs with enterprise architecture, business capabilities, and technology platforms
- Delivers executive-level reporting on portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics
- Builds and leads a high-performing PMO organization, driving continuous improvement in delivery capabilities

Your Background
Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 11 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 13 years of relevant experience
Preferred
- Advanced degree in business, IT, or related discipline strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, program delivery, or transformation roles
- Demonstrated experience leading large scale enterprise portfolios and $5M+ complex programs
- Proven ownership of IT M&A initiatives, including integrations and separations
- Experience operating in regulated and/or validated environments preferred
Travel Expectations
- Up to 25%
Expected Compensation - $220,000-$270,000 base salary. Comprehensive bonus and LTI also offered.
