Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Ashburn, VA | Afternoon Hours Available

Looking for steady afternoon hours with a team that truly supports you?

Blossom ABA Therapy is currently hiring part-time RBTs to support afternoon cases in Leesburg, VA. If you’re looking for flexible scheduling, consistent clients, and a clinical team that respects your time and effort, this could be a great fit.

At Blossom, we believe RBTs do their best work when they feel supported, valued, and heard. You’ll be matched with cases that fit your availability and backed by a responsive, collaborative clinical team that’s invested in your success.

Pay & Schedule

  • $25–$30 per hour, based on experience

  • Part-time afternoon cases available now

  • Opportunity to grow into additional hours if desired

  • Flexible scheduling with consistent support

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children

  • Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA

  • Collect data and complete session notes

  • Be a consistent, positive presence for clients and families

  • Travel to client homes or assigned service locations

What We’re Looking For

  • Active RBT certification through the BACB

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

  • Attention to detail and a genuine interest in working with children

  • Previous ABA experience is helpful, but not required
