Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to company executives
- Manage expenses, track budgets, and process invoices related to company-operated estates
- Oversee vendor relationships, including sourcing, communication, and performance management
- Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Support staff management, including scheduling, onboarding, and training
- Maintain the highest standards of service, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in administration, operations, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in vendor management and project coordination
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hospitality, estate management, or private service environments
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean or Spanish is a plus
Working Conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours based on executive schedules and event needs
- Occasional on-site presence required at estates or event locations
