Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Lead oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company and customer expectations. This role coordinates activities between Shipping, Receiving, and management while leading and motivating warehouse personnel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Oversee packing assignments and warehouse workflow.

• Ensure quality control and complete required documentation.

• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively.

• Track inventory and maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.

• Provide leadership, direction, and excellent customer service.

• Enforce safety procedures and company standards.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required.

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience (food industry preferred).

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

• Basic math skills and sound judgment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

Warehouse setting requiring lifting, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of standing. Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and operational equipment.
