POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Intern will participate in a structured, rotational program within the marketing department designed to develop practical, real-world marketing experience across multiple disciplines. This hands-on internship provides exposure to key functional areas, enabling the intern to build a comprehensive understanding of how integrated marketing teams operate.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in a structured rotational program across multiple marketing functions.
- Assist with digital and print design projects to support brand development and visual storytelling.
- Contribute to email campaigns, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Support event and tradeshow marketing initiatives, including planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up.
- Assist with campaign development and content creation across web, blog, and marketing materials.
- Support social media planning, content creation, and performance evaluation.
- Assist with marketing operations, including CRM data management, lead flow, and campaign tracking in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing team members to support campaign execution, content development, and project coordination using Monday.com.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position will not have any supervisory responsibilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Current high school or college student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or recent graduate.
- Prior coursework, or project experience in marketing or related field is a plus but not required.
- Interest in exposure to marketing concepts such as digital marketing, content creation, branding, or social media through academic or personal projects preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This is largely a sedentary role; however, some standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching may be required.
- Basic motor skills and manual dexterity for extensive computer usage are required.
- Sitting for extended periods of time is required.
- Talking, hearing and close vision abilities are required.
- Stress may occur with changing priorities, tight deadlines and long hours.
- Ability to occasionally lift 20 pounds.
