For Experienced – ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGERS -  *WE WILL NOW BE OFFERING A POTENTIAL OF UP TO $3000.00 NEW HIRE BONUS*

 Job Description: Conicelli Toyota of Springfield, has an opening for an experienced Assistant Service Manager. If you are driven, results-oriented, and strong at meeting customers' needs, then this position can put you on the fast track to success. Our dealership is committed to exceeding customers' expectations by minimizing their wait times while delivering exceptional, high-quality service. The Assistant Service Manager must be a strong problem-solver who proactively educates customers about the value of maintenance services and takes charge of handling their needs. There is attractive earning and advancement potential for a self-motivated individual, and benefits include 401k. Experience in a service advisor role is required for the New Hire Bonus.
