Requirements:
- Active Ohio Home Health Aide Certification
- Tuberculosis (TB) screening/QuantiFERON/Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
- Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents: government issued ID)
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, and medication reminders.
- Mobility Support: Assist with walking, transfers, repositioning, and toileting needs.
- Meals & Housekeeping: Prepare meals, do light cleaning, laundry, and change linens.
- Transportation: Take clients to appointments or run errands when needed.
- Safety & Records: Keep the home safe, report changes, and document care provided.
- Companionship: Offer support, conversation, and respect for client privacy.
