You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering quality, safety, and reliability across our operations.

Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:

Experience with hand tools such as power screwdrivers, hammer, drills and saws

Experience with electronic and pneumatic tooling
-
Forklift and pallet jack certification, or the ability to become certified

Ability to load, unload and drive company vehicles safely
-
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-
Attention to detail
-
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
-
Ability to follow company policies and procedures
-
Ability to lift and handle objects up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation, as required
-
Basic knowledge of inventory management and cycle counting
-
Familiarity with schematic diagrams is a plus
-
Electrical experience is a plus
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
-
Assisting in setting up new building production floor under the supervision of the team lead
-
Using proper PPE as required
-
Assembling mechanical parts, components, and systems following engineering drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions.

Inspecting components and assemblies for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
-
Performing functional tests to verify proper assembly and operation of assemblies
-
Providing input to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
-
Using hand tools and power tools to disassemble and assemble equipment, shelving, material pallets, etc

Using forklift and/or pallet jack, as needed
-
Mounting panel components on sub-plates
-
Installing controller components in steel enclosures using hand tools

Other duties as assigned
