Clinical / Therapy - Counselor, Individual
A Therapist provides individual, group and family therapy services. The Therapist is responsible to make accurate
assessments of resident’s behavior and clinical needs and to assign the
appropriate level of supervision necessary to maintain the safety and
well-being of the resident under their care.
Therapists coordinate treatment planning and facilitate treatment team
meetings. A Therapist demonstrates a
variety of counseling and guidance skills which support the formation of
trusting, supportive relationships with the youth. The Therapist also participates in the
development of unit programs to meet the special needs of the youth in their
care.
Master’s Degree Required,
