Throughout the Gardner family’s ownership of Superior Trim, we have made, and continue to make, significant investments to ensure that Superior Trim has all of the appropriate technologies in-house and available to produce cost-competitive, high-quality interior and exterior trim products for medium/heavy duty trucks and other commercial vehicles that our customers expect.

We are currently looking for Third Shift Production Associates for the fast-paced environment of our Superior Trim Springfield facility, located at 5225 Prosperity Drive, Springfield, Ohio.  

A successful applicant must have:

• Willingness to learn multiple jobs.
• Good attendance.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Able to pass a drug screen.
• Basic motor skills.
• Ability to adapt to production demands.
