Kitchen Job Responsibilities:

  1. Follow all recipes and food handling procedures and standards.
  2. Manage time for food safety and to allow for guest requests.
  3. Safely operates and maintains cleanliness of equipment.
  4. Set up, restock, organize, clean and maintain work-space. 
  5. Performs other assigned duties from the management. 
  6. Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Kitchen Job Requirements:

  1. Attention to detail in all aspects of preparation, execution and plating.
  2. Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal.
  3. Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
  4. Maintain proper uniform standards.
  5. Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment, including but not limited to: knives, slicer, salamander, oven, stove, mixer and fryer.
  6. Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and work in confined spaces.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
