Pharmacy Technician Instructor
Location: Houston Medical Center, TX

Are you passionate about helping students grow into skilled pharmacy professionals? CHCP is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Instructor to deliver engaging, competency-based instruction and support student success in both classroom and blended learning environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide instruction aligned with course competencies and CHCP curriculum standards

  • Deliver classroom and online/blended learning experiences

  • Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback to support success

  • Maintain accurate records, grades, and attendance, and enforce campus policies

  • Contribute to campus initiatives and participate in program advisory activities

Qualifications

  • Current Texas Pharmacy Board registration or national certification (PTCB or NHA)

  • Minimum 4 years of pharmacy field experience

  • 2+ years hospital/sterile compounding experience; ACPE IV/Sterile Compounding Certification preferred

  • Graduate of a pharmacy tech program; teaching experience a plus but not required
