Job Description
We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst to join a corporate banking project in a hybrid model (Warsaw or Gdańsk). The role focuses on analysing requirements, designing functional and system solutions, and ensuring secure, high-performance integrations in a microservices environment. Work is carried out in Agile/SCRUM teams, with close collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business and functional requirements for corporate banking processes
• Design functional and system solutions including processes, mock-ups, and business rules
• Participate in technical design with focus on integration (SOA, Web Services, REST)
• Ensure security and performance standards in enterprise banking environments
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders in Agile/SCRUM teams
• Support testing, deployment, and continuous development of in-house systems

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as System Analyst or Product Owner in IT projects
• Experience in financial services or electronic banking projects preferred
• Practical skills in functional analysis and requirement gathering
• Knowledge of SOA, REST, and integration testing tools (SOAP UI, Postman)
• Experience with microservices solutions and documenting REST APIs (Swagger/YAML)
• Strong UML and BPMN knowledge, practical use of CASE tools (Enterprise Architect preferred)
• Good SQL skills and experience in modelling IT systems
• Ability to coordinate across dependent teams and manage tasks effectively
• Very good English
Nice to have
• Experience with user story mapping, event storming
• Knowledge of distributed architecture and modern design patterns
• Familiarity with UX/UI concepts
• Certifications in project management with practical application
