Job Description

Lead the Way from Concept to Completion! We are hiring an IS Project Manager to join our Design and Construction team. The IS Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing information systems projects from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Specifics:

Location: 1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301

FTE Status: Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. Casual business hours. No weekends or holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Coordination: Partner with stakeholders from various departments to cross-functionally support and serve as the liaison between Project Owner, internal stakeholders, and external contractors, designers and vendors to ensure effective scheduling, communication, budgeting and project success
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address delays, emergencies, and other issues.
  • Progress Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, budget status, and any changes to the project scope.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure technical specifications are met and explain contract and technical matters clearly to all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience leading projects, project management, with a focus on information systems.
  • Prior work on construction projects preferred. 
  • Ability to creatively problem solve and manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Prior experience with Epic, preferred.
  • Experience working in a team environment with diverse stakeholders and managing and prioritizing project demands.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovative construction solutions.
