The Modernization of Operations Initiative aims to transform manual, paper-based, and inefficient service delivery processes within PSES. The project focuses on leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, enhance data quality, and support better decision-making.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Review & Modernization
- Analyze current manual service delivery processes
- Identify opportunities for:
- Process re-engineering
- Automation & digitization
- AI and emerging technologies adoption
- Process re-engineering
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize workflows
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Planning
- Develop and manage detailed work plans and timelines
- Conduct:
- Process mapping
- Gap analysis
- Current-state assessments
- Process mapping
- Collaborate with:
- PSES program divisions
- Technology & Innovation teams (Cybersecurity, Data, Digital Delivery, etc.)
- PSES program divisions
3. Evaluation & Analysis
- Develop baseline metrics, including:
- Cycle time, wait time, volume, error rates
- Cycle time, wait time, volume, error rates
- Perform:
- Root cause analysis
- Process pain-point identification
- Root cause analysis
- Assess modernization opportunities based on:
- Feasibility
- Impact
- Strategic alignment

4. Reporting & Recommendations
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
- Deliver:
- Modernization strategy
- Technology adoption roadmap
- Measurable improvement estimates
- Modernization strategy
- Provide actionable insights aligned with IMT strategy
5. Change Management
- Support adoption of new processes and technologies
- Identify stakeholder impacts and adoption risks

- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred)
