Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a strong focus on social media management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, creative, and organized individual who can help us grow our brand's online presence and engage with our community across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube).
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating visually appealing graphics, posts, and stories that align with our brand identity and marketing campaigns.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and active community.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key social media metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular reports to optimize our content strategy.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader business goals and product launches.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including scheduling, research, and file organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including their unique features and algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A proactive and self-starting attitude, with the ability to work independently.
  • A genuine interest in the natural health and wellness industry is a plus.

Advantageous Skills:

  • Video Editing Skills: Experience with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is a significant advantage. This includes the ability to create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) and long-form content for platforms like YouTube.
