JOB PURPOSE:
To drive revenue growth, market penetration, and strategic account development for Aspirating Smoke Detection (ASD) and KIDDE Commercial fire detection solutions across the North & East India region by managing key channels, consultants, EPCs, and end customers, while ensuring strong specification influence and disciplined opportunity management.
- Own and deliver regional sales targets for ASD and KIDDE Commercial product portfolio
- Identify and convert high‑value opportunities across data centers, IT/ITES, healthcare, industrial, retail and commercial real estate segments
- Build strong relationships with consulting engineers, PMC, architects, and fire consultants
- Ensure brand specification / approval of ASD & KIDDE Commercial solutions in key projects
- Conduct technical presentations, product trainings, and value engineering discussions
- Appoint, manage, and develop authorized system integrators, OEM partners, and distributors
- Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing benchmarks, and upcoming projects
- Maintain an accurate and disciplined sales funnel (SFDC) with monthly forecasting
- Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, ethics, and governance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical preferred)
- 10+ years of sales experience in Fire Detection / Life Safety / BMS / Security / ELV systems
- Exposure to Aspirating Smoke Detection (ASD or equivalent technology)
- Proven track record in specification-driven project sales and large opportunity closures
- Strong regional knowledge of North & East India markets
- Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
