Job Description

Hospitalist

Join a growing Hospitalist program in beautiful Southern Oregon. Experience a supportive, collaborative practice environment at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center—a 378-bed regional referral hospital and Level II trauma center recognized for its strong clinical teams, modern facilities, and commitment to high-quality care. Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center serves patients across Southern Oregon and Northern California. 

Compensation

  • Annual base salary of $378,000 
  • Quality incentives starting year 2 
  • Rate per excess shift of $2,250 
  • Night Shift Differential 
  • Sign-on bonus 
  • Relocation Assistance 
  • CME Allowance 

Required Qualifications

Education

  • A graduate from an approved ACGME- accredited Internal Medicine residency program 

Certification/Licensure

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Current unrestricted MD/DO license by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from the American Heart Association 
  • Must obtain and maintain staff membership and appropriate privileges 
  • Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs 
  • Must meet all qualifications to participate in the hospital’s programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage
