You’re focused, organised and enjoy working with customers to help them get real value from their products. You like building trusted relationships and you’re comfortable guiding decision‑makers through key moments in their contract lifecycle. You’re calm under pressure, even when managing a busy workload, and you know how to use data to shape clear, helpful conversations.
You understand the Account Management landscape in Romania, where customers expect quick communication, practical solutions and a friendly, down‑to‑earth approach. You enjoy adapting your style to different industries and stakeholders, and you’re confident working across commercial, technical and operational topics.
• Manage a high‑volume renewal book, leading clear and consultative renewal conversations and negotiating terms that support both customer goals and business needs.
• Engage early with decision‑makers to prepare for renewal dates, using customer information such as product usage, support trends and satisfaction feedback to guide your discussions.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Support and Sales teams to resolve issues, spot upsell or cross‑sell opportunities, and reduce the risk of customers leaving.
• Keep accurate CRM records and forecasts, follow renewal playbooks to stay efficient, and share insights that help improve processes across the team.
• Experience in B2B software renewals, inside sales or account management.
• Confidence in negotiating commercial terms and handling busy renewal cycles.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer relationship management tools.
• Understanding of customer health indicators, early risk signals and contract lifecycle steps.
