We're looking for a dependable, hands-on supervisor to keep our installation crews and production floor running smoothly. You'll make sure jobs get done on time, work meets our quality standards, and customers leave happy. 

What You'll Do

Lead the Team

• Schedule and manage installation crews and shop personnel

• Visit job sites regularly to check quality and keep things on track

Handle Customer Issues

• Be the go-to person when a customer has a problem with their installation

• Call customers directly to troubleshoot and resolve complaints

• Own the issue start to finish

Support Production

• Review project details before work begins to catch mistakes early

• Prepare cut lists and order materials for each job

• Work with the design team to make sure everything lines up before production starts

Maintain Equipment

• Keep shop machines running  including edge bander, CNC machine

• Handle basic troubleshooting and repairs; schedule preventive maintenance

• Make sure all vehicles and tools are clean and in good condition

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working in the field and the shop, not just behind a desk

• Strong communicator — with crews and customers alike

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Solid problem-solver who can make decisions under pressure

• Experience in cabinet, millwork, construction, or manufacturing is a plus
