The Role:
As Regional Product Manager, you will lead regional growth initiatives for Fluid Management and Instrumentation, partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to develop growth strategies, drive key account execution, and deliver reliable forecasts.
You will also support the Dispense Pump Sub Business Unit by providing operational and strategic oversight of plant P&L performance and key initiatives.

In this role you will:
Partner with regional sales teams to develop growth strategies and promotional initiatives to meet revenue objectives and expand market share.
Lead the sales forecasting process and related management activities, including performance tracking, risk/opportunity assessments, and the use of reporting and analytical tools such as growth trees.
Support achievement of Customer Experience Index (CXI) targets and lead key account plan execution to drive satisfaction and growth.
Drive operational efficiency and supply planning for Dispense Pump manufacturing to improve margins while maintaining optimal inventory levels and on-time delivery.
Align cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Sales and Quality to resolve risks and blockers, and to drive fast, effective executions.
Coordinate needs for product improvements with engineering and oversee change management through established systems.

Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing
3 years of experience in Semiconductor industry
Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in product management or related functions
Experience working in cross-cultural environment; prior experience with a multi-national company is desirable
