We are seeking an experienced Safety Specialist to
lead and administer company-wide safety programs, regulatory compliance, and
training initiatives across multiple locations.
This position is primarily administrative,
compliance-driven, and program-management oriented—focused on policy
management, reporting, coordination, and continuous improvement of safety
systems rather than daily field-based enforcement. The ideal candidate is
organized, detail-driven, and passionate about building scalable safety
processes that support operational excellence and employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Administration & Compliance
Manage company safety programs, documentation, and
compliance records across all locations
Maintain contractor prequalification files and regulatory
paperwork
Monitor OSHA and industry regulatory updates and implement
required changes
Coordinate annual inspections and compliance reviews with
external agencies and vendors
Training & Communication:
Oversee onboarding safety orientation and training tracking
systems
Coordinate company-wide safety training schedules and
materials
Develop and publish internal safety communications,
newsletters, and digital resources
Facilitate safety committee meetings and cross-location
communication
Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain safety KPIs, service hours, and company work-hour
data
Prepare monthly and quarterly safety reports for leadership
Manage incident documentation, root cause tracking, and
corrective action follow-up
Support dashboard reviews and executive reporting
Equipment & Resource Management:
Administer PPE ordering, inventory tracking, and
distribution
Track inspection schedules for fire extinguishers, AEDs,
eyewash stations, and forklifts
Coordinate vendor relationships for inspections,
certifications, and safety services
Continuous Improvement:
Manage internal safety surveys and “Good Catch” reporting
programs
Identify trends and recommend process improvements
Develop safety forms, guides, and training tools to support
consistency across locations
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Safety Administration, Safety
Coordination, or Safety Program Management
Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance
documentation
Demonstrated experience with multi-site safety reporting and
training coordination
Excellent organizational, communication, and
project-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and
learning management systems
OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid, or other safety certifications
preferred
