High Point University Mail Center Package and Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting the daily operations of the campus post office. This role oversees the accurate receipt, processing, and distribution of mail and packages for faculty, staff, and students. Key responsibilities include scanning and tracking incoming deliveries from multiple carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon, ensuring timely and efficient handling.
The coordinator also facilitates the internal distribution of packages across campus departments, maintaining a consistent delivery schedule throughout the day. This position requires regular operation of company vehicles, including vans and mail delivery carts, and adherence to established safety and service standards.

Education, Experience and Training:
- High School Diploma
- Valid NC Driver’s License
Knowledge, Skills, Ability:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to relate directly and effectively with the public
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to successfully manage time
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Receives, scans, and distributes all student/staff/faculty packages to appropriate campus departments.
- Performs other Mail Center duties/responsibilities as needed.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
The Package and Delivery Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of student/faculty/staff packages to all departments on the University campus.
