Position Summary

Reporting to the Service Manager, the primary role of the Warehouse Cleaning Technician is to service our client’s key areas and provide washing, deep cleaning and disinfecting services with Citron Products. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities 

Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Warehouse Cleaning Technician include, but are not limited to, the following: 

 

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience for customers;  

  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers;  

  • Observe and follow all company Health and Safety rules and policies;  

  • Act as an ambassador by professionally representing the Citron brand; 

  • Keep cleaning supplies fully stocked 

  • Provide cleaning of Citron products 

  • Warehouse cleaning and organization 

  • Assist with material and product staging for technicians 

  • Open to learning the technician role for future coverage 

  • advancement 

 

Other 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

Minimum Requirements  

 

  • Knowledge of city roads is considered an asset;  

  • Full clean driver’s license and abstract; 

  • One (1) to three (3) years of driving / delivery experience; 

  • Ability to communicate effectively  

  • Good communication, organizational, administrative and time management skills; 

  • A genuine aim-to-please attitude; 

  • A positive attitude;  

  • Good attendance and punctuality 

  • High school degree or equivalent 

  • Experience in janitorial cleaning is an asset 

 

Working Conditions 

 

  • Ability to lift up to 20-40 lbs.; 

  • Work normal business hours but may be required to do some work in the evenings or outside normal working hours; 

  • Required to meet a number of deadlines which may cause stress. 

  • Required to use chemicals and aerosols

Expected Total Compensation: $24,960 annually
