Job Description

Part-Time Compliance & Quality Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & Quality Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 25 hours per week) at our Pocatello Home Care office. This position offers flexible scheduling between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with supervisors to review and maintain staff documentation for compliance

  • Update and manage client authorizations within our software system

  • Perform audits of charts and progress notes

  • Assist in developing and tracking corrective action plans

  • Conduct client and employee satisfaction surveys

  • Review and audit service plans for accuracy and compliance

  • Help prepare documentation for state inspections and audits

  • Maintain Home Care binders and ensure documentation standards are met

  • Stay up to date with program policies, procedures, and regulations

  • Support additional quality assurance and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

  • Strong computer proficiency

  • Team-oriented with a willingness to support others

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
