Trace Services is now actively hiring for an experienced electrician in the North Mississippi and South West TN area. WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL REQUIRED (MS and TN)

Successful applicants will have the capability to undertake tasks related to electrical systems in our company. The position includes installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment, wiring, and other similar systems in our buildings. Because this job comes with high risks, our electrician will need to be responsible and have great attention to safety precautions. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in different electrical devices and systems and can inspect, diagnose, and fix malfunctions in all of them. 

Electrician Duties & Responsibilities will include:

• Electrical Troubleshooting
• Running Conduit – EMT and GRC
• Installing Cable Tray
• Pulling / Termination Wire
• Installing Disconnects and Devices
• Installing Underground Duct Banks
• Installing New Service Entrances
• Installing Fire Alarm
• Installing Sports Lighting, Site Lighting, and Street Lighting
• Installing and troubleshooting Industrial Controls
• Setting and Wiring Panels, MCCs and Transformers

Requirements

Travel Requirement

• Willingness to travel MS and TN

Education Requirements:

• A high school diploma or similar education is required

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license is required
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred but not required
• Proven experience as an electrician
• Knowledge of different electrical systems, blueprints, power generation, and similar
• Competent with 3 Phase 208 and 480V Systems
• Ability to use electrical and hand tools and craft electrical documents and blueprints
• Ability to operate man lifts, forklifts, excavators, and lulls
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Time management skills
• Understanding of safety procedures and legal codes and guidelines
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
