Job Summary
As a Delivery Driver for JD.com, Inc., you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation and delivery of packages and goods to our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries.

Job Responsibilities
* Safely operate company vehicles to transport and deliver packages to customers within designated routes and timeframes.
* Verify the accuracy of delivery items against invoices or delivery manifests before departing.
* Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
* Interact professionally and courteously with customers, providing excellent service and addressing any delivery-related inquiries.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
* Use navigation tools and company-provided technology to optimize delivery routes and track progress.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.

Job Qualifications
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Strong customer service orientation with good communication abilities.
* Familiarity with local routes and navigation tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
