Manages a range of onsite technical services and the related resources in a team or organization (e. g. , in maintenance & customer field service, onsite commissioning & setup of products or technologies, etc. )
Ensures high level of service for the supported organizations, and ensures continuous contacts to all stakeholder.
Ensures adherence to overarching standards, guidelines, and assigned budgets. Monitors spendings.
Organizes work in the team(s) with respect to current or near-future workload, and monitors efficiency and effectiveness of service.
Evaluates work results and discuss with responsible management or project lead further proceedings.
Manages stakeholder contacts within own part of the value chain, and with external market partners.
