Pay Range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (depending on location & experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time (Minimum 40 hours/week)
Travel: 100% Travel within assigned territory

- Stocks shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
- Down‐stocks, open cases and merchandise on shelves or on floor where required. This involves down‐stocking product (up to 50lb) from the overhead locations using customer provided rolling ladders (non‐electrical).
- Cleans display cases, shelves, and aisles of discarded packaging material.
- Ensures product is in stock and available for customers to purchase.
- Fully implements and maintains cross merchandising as set forth by In‐Store Service Manager (ISSM) management and customer approved/mapped locations. * Obtain additional locations when possible.
- Repairs and/or replace damaged merchandise. Keep repair supplies replenished through ordering from ISSM and DC Ops managers.
- Re‐labels or reinstalls shelf talkers, cartons, signage, nail boards, product literature, etc., as needed to ensure PrimeSource merchandise is always professionally displayed and appealing to the customer.
- Takes inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished‐ Provide Inventory Correction Worksheets (ICW) and email communications to appropriate management and store personnel.
- Compares merchandise documents to items actually received to ensure that shipments are correct.
- Prints, attaches, or changes price tags on merchandise, referring to price list.
- Designs and set up advertising signs and displays of merchandise on shelves, counters, or tables to attract customers and promote sales.
- Establishes relationships with key personnel at each customer location (store manager, assistant manager, department manager, receiving manager, Inventory manager)
- Has excellent communication skills, and excellent rapport with each stores' associates, and managers.
- Identifies additional sales and profit opportunities within the store and communicate this information to ISSM.
- Has full product knowledge of the line carried by each store.
- Makes product suggestions to manager and evaluate product mix.
- Conducts product knowledge meetings (PKs) with local store personnel and customers.
- Attends customer events when they pertain to our company and product line. This includes product knowledge sessions, tool demonstrations, contractor/customer selling events, open house/grand openings, etc.
- Answers customers' questions about merchandise and advice customers on merchandise selection.
- Has a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and use personal vehicle throughout assigned territory to service stores. Vehicle, insurance and must be in compliance to receive full car allowance reimbursement program. A company vehicle will be provided.
- Maintains call schedules established by ISSM and travel to multiple assigned locations within the day/week/month, be punctual and able to manage time accordingly.
- Calls in and out at every store (time punch) to automated time tracking system and check voice mail or similar system frequently. Keep hours log to ensure required work hours are being met. Completes service call report on company supplied tablets or phone for each store visit with a signature from Department Head, Assistant Store Manager, or Store Manager. Inform store management that you are in the store and what tasks you have completed for them.
