The Award winning Grandover Resort & Spa - A Wyndham Grand Hotel is seeking a Dishwasher in Banquets. We are looking for someone hard working with a positive attitude and flexible availability. We have some amazing restaurants and a great team environment.

2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather dishes, plates, and utensils from dining and kitchen areas.
• Operate dishwashing machines efficiently.
• Clean wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china manually.
• Stack and organize clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
• Prepare dishwashing stations before meal preparation begins.
• Especially during peak hours, maintain an adequate supply of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils.
• Monitor detergent levels and place orders when necessary.
• Report any technical issues promptly.
• Sanitize the kitchen, including the floor.
• Removing garbage regularly.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Work experience as a Dishwasher is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial washing machines.
• Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks.
• Availability for and weekends, and evenings.
