Zywave is seeking an AI Operations Analyst to accelerate our data-driven transformation and unlock the full value of our commercial intelligence ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of data science, GTM operations, and applied AI, with a mandate to design, deploy, and scale models that deliver actionable insights to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
You will own the proliferation of AI-powered insights across the revenue engine—building models, integrating them into workflows, and ensuring teams can act on them with clarity and confidence. Your work will directly influence forecasting accuracy, pipeline quality, customer engagement, marketing efficiency, and executive-level visibility.

Key Responsibilities
AI Model Development & Deployment
- Build, train, and operationalize models that support GTM decision-making, including forecasting models, deal insight scoring, marketing spend optimization, AI demo agents, deal-prep agents, and other workflow-enhancing models.
- Integrate models into Zywave’s data ecosystem, ensuring seamless ingestion, transformation, and delivery of insights.
Cross-Functional Data Proliferation
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to understand business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Build feedback loops to ensure models evolve with changing GTM strategies and market conditions.
- Create dashboards, alerts, and embedded insights that make complex models intuitive and actionable for non-technical users.
Automated Executive & Board-Level Reporting
- Design and maintain automated pipelines that generate board-ready deliverables, including executive summaries, KPI scorecards, forecast updates, pipeline insights, and marketing ROI analysis.
- Ensure outputs are accurate, visually compelling, and aligned with leadership expectations.
- Build systems that reduce manual reporting effort and provide real-time visibility into Zywave’s commercial performance.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain high standards for data quality, model reliability, and performance monitoring.
- Document model logic, assumptions, and operational processes to ensure transparency and scalability.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce operational friction across the revenue engine.
Insight Generation & Strategic Influence
- Analyze trends across pipeline, customer behavior, product usage, and marketing performance to surface strategic insights.
- Provide scenario modeling and predictive analysis to support planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Act as an internal evangelist for AI-driven decision-making, helping teams adopt and trust new tools.
Qualifications
- Experience in data science, machine learning, revenue operations, or AI-driven analytics.
- Strong proficiency with Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks.
- Familiarity with GTM systems (CRM, MAP, CS platforms) and revenue analytics.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
- A builder’s mindset—comfortable iterating quickly, experimenting, and scaling what works.
