Travel: Based out of Westborough, MA (Ability to travel to Wilmington, MA)

Summary:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. This role partners close with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives while fostering an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture.

Position Qualifications:

  • Open Availability to Travel Within Offices.
  • Ensures Delivery of High-Quality Customer Service.
  • Strong Communication, Planning, Organizing, and Decision-making Abilities.
  • Is Organized, Self-disciplined, Technologically Savvy, Compliant, and Communicates Timely and Effectively at all Levels.
  • Additional Qualifications May Be Specified and Receive Preference, Depending Upon the Nature of the Position.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or Related field).
  • HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
  • 5+ Years of Progressive HR Experience.
  • Demonstrated Management-level Responsibilities Experience. 
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of State’s Employment Laws, Regulations, and Regulatory Compliance Requirements.
  • FMLA, PFMLA, ADA, Unemployment Claims, and Benefits Administration Experience. 
  • Or an Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience Sufficient to Perform the Essential Functions of the Job, as Determined by the Company.
  • Additional Relevant Experience Can Be Substituted for the Required Education on the Basis of One Calendar Year of Experience for One Academic Year of Education.

 

Education/Experience:

  • HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
