Job Title: Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)
Location: Camellia Health and Rehabilitation Center | Mobile, AL
Camellia Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and driven Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead operations at our skilled nursing facility in Mobile, Alabama.
This is an opportunity for a strong operator who knows how to run a building, support staff, drive census, and deliver quality outcomes. We are looking for someone who leads from the front, builds culture, and understands both the clinical and business side of skilled nursing.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility
Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff
Drive census growth and strengthen referral relationships
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Manage budgets, labor, and overall financial performance
Partner with clinical leadership to ensure strong survey outcomes
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture
What We’re Looking For:
Active Nursing Home Administrator license (state of Alabama or eligible)
Prior experience as an NHA in a skilled nursing facility preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
Proven ability to manage census, staffing, and financial performance
Experience with survey readiness and regulatory compliance
