Company Description:

Rapidly growing, leading edge Restoration Company looking for a Contents Manager with over 3 years experience. Professional attitude, highly organized, strong planning, time and self-management skills not only a must but a fundamental part of who you are.

Job Description:

You will need to be dedicated to building this new exciting division by capturing customer loyalty, be willing to work in a challenging/fast-paced environment, and be able to work as a team player. The Contents Project Manager  will be able to respond to, secure jobs and perform initial job site inspections. A qualified candidate MUST be willing to be on call 24/7 for emergency disaster situations and other restoration related activities.

Qualifications:

Able to understand and profitably estimate the flow and process of contents projects including, but not limited to:
•    Pack Outs/Pack Ins
•    Structural Cleaning
•    Contents Cleaning
•    Content Valuations (able to recognize high end items and special transportation needs)

Able to schedule contents projects including, but not limited to:
•    Coordinate and Track Personnel
•    Coordinate and Track Equipment necessary for the job
•    Procure, Coordinate and Track Materials necessary for the job

Able to fully document pre-existing damage, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each job and client belongings
Ability to control breakage
Follow company policy and expectations in detail
Provide excellent and constant communication and customer service
Able to collect required payment from clients
Must be organized, possess a positive attitude and display a professional appearance
MUST be physically able to work in PPE including respiratory protection and lift at least 50 pounds.
Willing to work on a rotating on call schedule that will require availability on nights and weekends
Clean/Valid driver’s license
Clean background check (no felony convictions)
Excited to work in a team atmosphere
Candidate must have great written and verbal communication skills and must possess good computer skills

Knowledge of Xactimate and/or Residential/Commercial Restoration is a plus
