Job Description:
The Recruiting Solutions Analyst provides data-driven insights to improve talent acquisition and recruiting systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of recruitment processes, and technical expertise in ATS platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools. The ideal candidate will turn complex data into actionable insights to help guide talent acquisition decisions.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Data Analysis: Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities. Present findings in an actionable format to support data-driven decision-making.
System Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the ATS, collaborating with stakeholders, including end-users and system administrators, to implement improvements and optimize system features.
User Support: Resolve system issues and user knowledge gaps by providing training and ongoing support, ensuring recruiting teams can focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and performance reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to key stakeholders and leadership.
System Audits & Compliance: Conduct audits to ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance with internal reporting standards and data governance policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment analytics, operations, or management, with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing across multiple channels (e.g., job boards, employee referrals, social media, agencies)
Proficiency in SQL with experience working with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and experience collaborating with Talent Acquisition teams to drive strategic hiring decisions
Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders
Amenable to working on a night shift schedule with a remote-first setup.
